    Job Description:

    Full Time Machine Operator - NO holidays, or weekends! 
    Full-time Pay is $20.50 and up per hour plus $3.00 /hr differential for nights. We are seeking qualified, engaged, and dependable associates to join our team.     Duties and responsibilities include: 
    Load correct materials onto the production line in the correct sequence
    Ensures material meets specifications
    Takes action to fix/replace defective materials
    Monitors equipment to ensure proper operation
    Documents quality and production checks
    Ability to be cross-trained at multiple stations
    Communicates well with other team members
    Performs operator care
    This job can be physically demanding

    Schedule: Work 10 hour shifts  MONDAY - THURSDAY

  • Maintenance Technician- Day shift

    You will also be responsible for overseeing installation, repairs, and upkeep of the company's property including mechanical, electrical, production machinery, HVAC, hydraulic systems, material handling, and buildings. You will also ensure optimal proactive maintenance support and processes for the entire plant production while working to improve plant efficiency.

    • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
    • Capable of reading electrical and PLC diagrams.
    • Demonstrate solid troubleshooting skills under pressure.
    • Responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
    • Assist in managing a preventive/predictive plan to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate potential problems, and propose better solutions.
    • Involve in discussions to develop, recommend, and implement projects and /or capital expenditures.
    • Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
    • Maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment.

    Working Details and Pay:

    • 8-hour shift
    • Monday - Friday
    • Overtime as required.

    PAY from $24-$28 /hr based on experience.

    Qualifications include:

    • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), is required.
    • Associate degree from a two-year college in a related technical field or certificate or diploma from a trade school in a related field required or a combination of education and relevant work experience highly desired.
    • 2+ years of experience in the maintenance, mechanical & electrical maintenance, and/or operation of a process manufacturing facility.
    • Prior maintenance experience with glue machines, industrial planers, and RF generators would be beneficial but not required.

    Physical requirements:

    • This position must stand for 4-6 hours.
    • Able to lift 75 pounds occasionally.
    • Able to work above head and below knees.
    • Reach, stoop, squat, and work at floor level
